PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option 1: Payment in Full
The Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee must be paid upon re-enrollment or within one week of acceptance for newly enrolled students to secure the student's enrollment. All tuition and fees must be paid by July 1, 2024.

Option 2: Semester Payment Plan
The Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee must be paid upon re-enrollment or within one week of acceptance for newly enrolled students to secure the student's enrollment. The first installment is due by July 1, 2024, and the second installment is due by December 1, 2024. Semester installment payments are subject to an additional 5% service fee.

LATE FEES

Late fees will be charged for any overdue balance remaining after the due date. 

1-15 Business days - 5% late fee of the overdue balance

16-30 Business days - 10% late fee of the overdue balance 

31+ Business days - 15% late fee of the overdue balance  

PAYMENT METHOD

Check There will be a fee of $25 for insufficient funds for any checks that bounce.
Credit Card 3% transaction fee for in-person payments, 4% transaction fee for payments over email or phone.

NEED-BASED FINANCIAL AID

We are committed to making APIS affordable and accessible to every student we admit. The application for financial aid must be submitted along with the application for admission. The application for financial aid can be found at https://www.solutionsbysss.com/parents/. Returning students requiring financial aid must re-apply by May 10, 2024.  

REQUIRED PURCHASES

  • Laptop/Tablet (for all middle & high school students)
    APIS middle and high school students are required to purchase their own laptop/tablet computers. The device must have an external keyboard, internet capability, and a built-in webcam.

  • School Uniform
    Students must purchase the APIS Hawai`i uniforms and campus attire through the school store. Please refer to the APIS Student-Parent Handbook for additional expenditures.

REFUND POLICY

All school fees, including tuition and boarding fees are non-refundable.
