We have identified the following set of three core values that define APIS’ organizational culture. We use these core values to bring clarity to who we are, how we behave, and what we do to achieve our school’s mission.

We use relationships to nurture the collaborative capacity to see connections and to discover meanings.
APIS community members embrace the growth mindset. All of us are learners in our community, believing in hard work and perseverance. We view challenges and failures as opportunities to improve our learning.
APIS community members are driven by a sense of commitment to our personal goals and to our community. We are dedicated to making sure that we succeed by holding ourselves and others to the highest standards and expectations.
